Brand guidelines

The mark, the wordmark,
and how to use them.

AiOpsOne is AWS Security & DevSecOps for APRA-regulated Australia. This page is the short, practical version: what the logo is, the colours, the type, and the handful of rules that keep it consistent — including which version to use on light and dark backgrounds.

01

The logo

The primary lockup is the shield mark plus the AIOPSONE wordmark. Two halves, split by letter-spacing alone: AIOPS pulled tight, ONE opened up. Written and spoken, the name is always AiOpsOne — the all-caps form is the logo only.

On dark · #0B0B0C

02

The mark

The shield stands alone where the full lockup will not fit — favicons, app icons, social avatars, the utility rail. Never smaller than 24 px. Below the lockup’s minimum, drop to the mark rather than shrink the words.

03

Light & dark

Pick the version that matches the background, not the brand. The rule is contrast, and the accent colour changes with it.

Light background
Ink wordmark, lime shield, ONE in #3F6212 (6.5:1).
Dark background
White wordmark, lime shield, ONE in #A3E635.
On the lime band
Single colour #1A2E05 — never two-tone on lime.

The two-tone ONE is a redundant signal — the tracking already separates the halves, so colour is safe to add and safe to lose. Raw lime #65A30D as text on white measures only 3.1:1, so accent letters use #3F6212 on light and #A3E635 on dark — never raw lime.

04

Colour

Lime
#65A30D
Brand fill: the shield, rules, tints. Never body text on light.
Lime (dark)
#A3E635
Fill and accent text on dark grounds. 12.2:1 on #141414.
Accent text
#3F6212
Accent-coloured text on light. 6.5:1 on paper.
Ink
#18181B
Primary text and the wordmark on light backgrounds.
Paper
#F4F5F7
The default light ground. Soft, not pure white.
Near-black
#0B0B0C
The dark ground. Code and lesson chrome are always dark.
05

Typography

Archivo Expanded 800
Role display + the wordmark
Width 112% (expanded axis)
Weight 800
Tracking tight, negative
IBM Plex Mono 400 / 600
Role labels, eyebrows, code, data
Case UPPERCASE for labels
Tracking +0.14em on labels

Long-form reading uses Literata. Never set the wordmark in anything but Archivo Expanded 800; Plex Mono is for labels, never the name.

06

Clear space & size

Keep one cap-height of clear space on all four sides — nothing enters it, including rules and other logos. Minimum lockup width 120 px; below that, use the mark alone (min 24 px).
07

Do & don’t

Do

  • Use the supplied light or dark file to match the background.
  • Keep the two-tone split via the accent token (#3F6212 / #A3E635).
  • Give it one cap-height of clear space.
  • Drop to the mark alone in tight spaces.
  • Say and write it AiOpsOne.

Don’t

  • Letterspace the whole name evenly — the −5% / +10% split is the mark.
  • Set ONE in a second weight, or a different font.
  • Colour letters in raw lime #65A30D (3.1:1 on white).
  • Stretch, condense, or scale one axis — the width is built in.
  • Round the mark, recolour the shield, or add a gradient.
